Non Mandrel Pipe Bending Machine
Our mandrel-less bending machines allow bending of pipes from 10 mm to 76 mm in diameter and can make curves up to 180° with top quality for a minimum bending radius of 3 times the pipe diameter.
Mandrel-less bending machines are produced from steel blocks and the bending rolls used are hardened against abrasion.
The counter support die system is specially designed to reduce mechanical effort and make the bending process faster than other brands of pipe bending machines in the same category, thus achieving a very good finish even when bending very thin wall thicknesses.
